“Nobody builds software for the people who actually build things — so I did.”
I owned and operated a grading company in North Georgia for seven years. I know what it's like to lose a job because a call went unanswered from the seat of a machine, and to chase invoices at the kitchen table after a twelve-hour day. I ran a real business on lacking systems, and I know exactly what that costs — in money, in sleep, and in time with your family.
I retired from that business to focus on a mission bigger than myself: helping others. TradeForge exists for hard-working blue-collar tradespeople who'd rather be on the jobsite than behind a desk. Every package we sell is something I would have run my own company on. My goal isn't to be another software bill on your statement — it's to be a platform you trust, because I've stood where you're standing and I genuinely care whether your business wins.
The software runs the office. The school teaches the business.
You know the trade. The Trade School teaches the other half — short, practical courses on pricing, getting paid and winning work, with a coach in your own private channel. Priced so a first-year apprentice can afford it.
Price It Right
Why the busiest truck in town can still go broke — and the arithmetic that fixes it. Four lessons, each ending in a worksheet you fill in with your own numbers.
Get Paid
The work is done. Here is how the money actually arrives — quotes chased, invoices paid, deposits asked for before the truck rolls. Three lessons.
Win the Work
Reviews, repeat customers, and an owner's week that runs the business instead of being run by it. Three lessons.
A coach, not a webinar
Every student gets their own private channel where a coach answers questions about their actual business. First intake opens with TradeForge's launch.
Questions crews actually ask.
What is TradeForge?
TradeForge builds and runs software for blue-collar trades businesses. You describe the problem — missed calls, unpaid invoices, rain-day scheduling — to Forge, our chat guide, and TradeForge fits a certified package to your business and puts it live on your account, typically within minutes of payment. No sales call and no demo anywhere in the path. It also runs the Trade School — courses and coaching on the business side of the trades.
Who is it for?
Owner-operated plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, grading, concrete, and landscaping businesses — typically crews of 1 to 15 who'd rather be on the jobsite than behind a desk.
How much does it cost?
Flat monthly pricing, set by capability, complexity, and the cost to provide the software: a shared $49 base platform fee plus a flat add-on per capability, adjusted only by crew size — never per-seat, never metered. Example: Online Booking + Invoice & Payment Nudges for a small shop is $147/month, plus a one-time $299 setup fee.
How fast is it live?
Typically within minutes of checkout. Your software appears as a box on your Hub Page, already configured from your conversation with Forge.
Do I need to install anything?
No. TradeForge runs in the cloud and works with what you already use — your existing business phone number, calendar, and QuickBooks. You manage everything from your Hub Page in a browser.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Each piece of software is its own subscription and cancels independently from your Billing page — and any cancellation within 14 days of first billing is refunded.
Does TradeForge teach me to run the business?
Yes — that's the TradeForge Trade School: courses on pricing, getting paid and winning work, plus a coach in your own private channel. It teaches the business side; your apprenticeship teaches the craft.
