Is there a setup fee?
Yes — a flat, one-time $299 fee at signup, which may be waived as a launch promotion. It's not part of your monthly price and isn't charged again.
Can my price change later?
Never silently. If your usage in a block runs well above what your crew-size tier assumes, sustained over time, we'll show you the actual usage and offer the next tier up — you decide whether to accept it. A short-term busy spike never triggers this.
Can I cancel one piece of software without affecting the others?
Yes — that independence is the whole point. Each piece of software is its own subscription, and stopping one never touches your account, your data or anything else you run. You start it from your Billing page and Forge completes it, with written confirmation back to you.
What if I cancel in the first two weeks?
Any cancellation within 14 days of your first billing is automatically refunded, no questions asked, up to once per rolling 90 days.
Is the Trade School included?
The TradeForge Trade School — courses and coaching on the business side of the trades — is its own membership, priced separately at a low flat monthly rate published the day enrolment opens. It cancels independently, like everything else here.
