What it does
The documents you list are raised against every job you book. We email you while any is still outstanding, and you mark each one done — or not needed — from your Hub, so every job keeps a record of what was required and what happened to it.

What it costs
Every account starts from a $49 monthly platform fee, and a one-time $299 setup. Larger crews pay a size multiplier, and running more than one package takes 10% off the rest. Your actual total is shown before you pay anything — nothing is charged until you approve the quote.
Going over does not switch anything off, and nothing is added to your bill on its own. If your volume settles above the line we talk to you first and you agree to the new price before it starts — that is the whole policy.
