Big job? The deposit gets asked for automatically, the moment the quote is accepted.
What it does
When a quote you have marked accepted carries a deposit and clears your threshold, we email the customer asking for it and record it as outstanding, so it is on the books rather than in your head. You send payment details when they reply.

What it costs
Every account starts from a $49 monthly platform fee, and a one-time $299 setup. Larger crews pay a size multiplier, and running more than one package takes 10% off the rest. Your actual total is shown before you pay anything — nothing is charged until you approve the quote.
Going over does not switch anything off, and nothing is added to your bill on its own. If your volume settles above the line we talk to you first and you agree to the new price before it starts — that is the whole policy.
