Big job? The deposit gets asked for automatically, the moment the quote is accepted.
What it does
Mark a quote accepted. If it's over your threshold and carries a deposit, we email the customer for it. We record it as outstanding, so it's on the books instead of in your head. You send payment details when they reply.

What it costs
Every account starts from a $49 monthly platform fee, and a one-time $149 setup. Crew size never changes it, and running more than one system takes 10% off your systems. Your actual total is shown before you pay anything — nothing is charged until you approve the quote.
Going over does not switch anything off, and nothing is added to your bill on its own. If your volume settles above the line we talk to you first and you agree to the new price before it starts — that is the whole policy.
