What it does
After a completed job we send one review request with your Google link, at the delay you set. Anyone who was unhappy is invited to reply to you directly first. Everybody gets asked — selectively asking only the happy ones is against Google's review policies.

What it costs
Every account starts from a $49 monthly platform fee, and a one-time $299 setup. Larger crews pay a size multiplier, and running more than one package takes 10% off the rest. Your actual total is shown before you pay anything — nothing is charged until you approve the quote.
Going over does not switch anything off, and nothing is added to your bill on its own. If your volume settles above the line we talk to you first and you agree to the new price before it starts — that is the whole policy.
