Scheduling & Dispatch
Your diary stays honest: no double-bookings, no back-to-back sprints across town.
What it does
Checks whether anyone is actually free before a booking is accepted, holds the drive-time gap you set between jobs, and sends each crew member their day. Your booked work flows into whichever calendar you already use.
Exactly what happens
These are the behaviors the build is tested against before it goes live.
What we need from you
Answered once, during setup. Forge asks; you never touch a settings screen.
- how many jobs you can run at once
- drive-time gap between jobs
- working days & hours
What it costs
Every account starts from a $49 monthly platform fee, and a one-time $299 setup. Larger crews pay a size multiplier, and running more than one package takes 10% off the rest. Your actual total is shown before you pay anything โ nothing is charged until you approve the quote.
Going over does not switch anything off, and nothing is added to your bill on its own. If your volume settles above the line we talk to you first and you agree to the new price before it starts โ that is the whole policy.
