Appointment Reminders
The appointment reminder that stops the no-show, in your own words.
What it does
Before each booked job we email the customer a reminder in the wording you set — up to three, at the times you choose. If you allow it, they can reply to move the appointment; if you do not, we never offer.
Exactly what happens
These are the behaviors the build is tested against before it goes live.
What we need from you
Answered once, during setup. Forge asks; you never touch a settings screen.
- when to remind
- your wording
- whether they may reply to reschedule
What it costs
Every account starts from a $49 monthly platform fee, and a one-time $299 setup. Larger crews pay a size multiplier, and running more than one package takes 10% off the rest. Your actual total is shown before you pay anything — nothing is charged until you approve the quote.
Going over does not switch anything off, and nothing is added to your bill on its own. If your volume settles above the line we talk to you first and you agree to the new price before it starts — that is the whole policy.
